Once you have been registered in store and this is your first time logging in please note that your username is your first and last name spelled together in CAPITALS (ie, JOHNSMITH) and your password is simply the word “PASSWORD” in CAPITALS as well. Once you have logged in for the first time you will be able to update your password.
