PRICING SYSTEM:
Q: How does your pricing system work?
A: Cheapskates utilizes a unique pricing system with automatic 20% bi-weekly discounts. You can see the markdown schedule for each specific product on it's own page. If a product is not sold by the next markdown date, it becomes that new price and so on and so until it is sold. If an item does not sell and the price reaches $0 it is then free to an in-store customer. If a price seems to good to be true, it might just be your lucky day!
SHIPPING:
Q: Can I purchase products online and have them shipped to me?
A: Yes! With a few exceptions (bikes/skis/golf bags etc.) all products can be purchased online and shipped to you. We offer a standard $12 shipping rate through UPS, with free shipping on all purchases over $100. You can also purchase products online and pick them up in store.
RETURNS:
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Exceptions are made only for major functional defects not disclosed at time of purchase. Please don't hesitate to ask for more information on a specific product before purchasing if you are unsure!
CONSIGNMENT:
Q What do you accept for consignment?

Q: How is a price chosen?
A: Within reason, customers are able to chose their own starting price for their items. Our staff are always happy to suggest a starting point or advise customers based on current stock.
Q: How do I get paid?
